Dr. Pradip Kr. Tarafdar

Bio

Dr. Tarafdar studied BSc at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur and had special affection to Organic Chemistry from BSc. He passed MSc at University of Calcutta with the specialization in Organic Chemistry. Later, he was inclined to biological processes and pursued PhD at School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad under the supervision of Prof. Musti J. Swamy. During postdoctoral research, he worked with Prof. Barry Lentz (former President, Biophysical Society) at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA and as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow with Prof. Reinhard Jahn at Max-Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, Göttingen, Germany.
